Our place at F26/1 is where we keep the office. It’s not a huge building, just a standard spot where we can sit down and talk about construction and realty. Being in Kolkata, you get used to the pace of things. We have the name Daffodils Realty Construction Group. on the door. Sometimes the paint peels a bit because of the rain, but we don't mind too much. It’s a working space. We have maps and drawings rolled up on the tables. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for a day’s work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most of what we do is just right here in Katjunagar. Jadavpur is a good place to be based. You can get good tea just around the corner from F26/1. We spend a lot of time looking at the street through the window. It is a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic, but that is just Jadavpur for you. We are just a group of people doing realty and construction work. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears a tie here. We just focus on the work at hand and hope for a good day without too much rain getting into the hallway.
