We operate out of P-78 in the Phase-II part of the Kasba Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy, just walls and a roof that keep the rain off our machines. We do a lot of manufacturing here, so there is usually a constant hum of equipment running in the background. Most of our day is spent watching the production lines and making sure the quality is what it should be before things get packed into boxes. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces, but we all get along well enough. We have a small corner that serves as an office where the paperwork gets handled, but most of us prefer being out on the floor where the real activity is. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer, so we usually have a few fans going full blast to keep the air moving. Kasba is a busy area, and there’s always someone coming by with a delivery or a pickup. We just focus on getting the orders finished on time. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure our products are solid and that the containers leave the gate when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take pride in doing it right and keeping the business steady.
