D. B. Shah & Brothers

Our place is located at 61-A, Netaji Subhas Road. It’s a busy street, as anyone who’s been around here knows. D. B. Shah & Brothers has been operating out of this spot for a while. We aren't a new startup or anything. We're just a group of people who come in every morning and handle the business. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty straightforward. We don't use big words or have meetings about synergy. We just talk to the people who walk through the door. The building is older, and the shelves are packed high with stock. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we have our own system that works for us. Netaji Subhas Road is always noisy, with trucks and cars going by, but we've gotten used to it. We deal with all sorts of supplies. Mostly, people come to us because they know we’ve been here forever. We try to keep things simple. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll see if we can get it. There isn't much more to it than that. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the customers are treated like neighbors. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We spend most of our day right here at 61-A, just getting through the orders and keeping the books straight.
