Most of us just bring a thermos from home or get tea from the shop nearby. Being part of Om Group sounds big, but here in this office, it is just a small team of us working through the daily shipping lists. The weather in Kolkata can be very hot, so the ceiling fans are always running at full speed. We handle a lot of transport coordination, making sure the trucks are going where they are supposed to. The street outside can get flooded during the monsoon, which makes things a bit tricky, but we just deal with it. We don't have any marketing brochures or people in suits trying to sell things. We just do the work that needs doing and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
