Craftech India

You can find Craftech India on the ground floor of Block-C at 13/4 J.N. Ghosh Road. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for us to move things in and out throughout the day. The space is filled with tools and various materials we use for our work. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is kept. J.N. Ghosh Road is usually humming with activity, and we are just one part of that. We start early most mornings before the sun gets too high. There is always something to be fixed or adjusted. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We would rather be working on the bench. The walls have some old calendars and notes scribbled on them. It feels like a real workshop because that is exactly what it is. We have been at this location for a while and the locals know us by now. We don't put on an act for anyone. If we are busy, we look busy. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dirty with scraps, but we clean up at the end of the week. It is a simple life of making and doing. We use what we have and we try to do it right. There is a sense of satisfaction in finishing a day's work and locking up the gate. Just a local shop on the ground floor that deals with practical matters and keeps the lights on.
