Country Inn - Paradeep ( Century Plaza Pvt Ltd )

We are based out of a flat in Ballygunge Place, specifically Flat No. S-2 at 82/9D. It is a bit unusual for a hotel-related business to be in a residential-style building, but it works fine for us. This is where we handle the management and admin for the Country Inn over in Paradeep. Even though the actual inn is in a different location, the heart of the administration happens right here in Kolkata. It is a small office, and we mostly focus on the bookings and the financial side of things for Century Plaza Pvt Ltd. The neighborhood is quiet and has some nice trees, which is a good change from the noisier parts of the city. We spend our days on the phone with the staff at the inn, making sure the guests are happy and that all the necessary supplies are being ordered. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby here. It is just a place where we come to work and get things done. Sometimes it is just one or two of us in the office, especially when things are slow. We keep things pretty informal. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office space. We just want to make sure the business runs smoothly so the people staying at the inn have what they need. It is just a practical way to run things from a distance.
