Peenya Industrial Area is a massive place, and we are tucked away at number 450 on the 10th 'A' Cross in the 4th Phase. If you know Bangalore's traffic, you know it’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the real work happens. We deal with hydro and pneumatic systems, which basically means a lot of pipes, valves, and pressure gauges. The workshop floor is usually humming with the sound of compressors. It’s an industrial setting through and through. We don't have air conditioning in the main area, just big fans to keep the air moving while the guys work on the assemblies. It’s a technical job, and we’ve gathered a team that knows their way around a wrench. We spend a lot of time testing things to make sure there are no leaks. It’s tedious sometimes, but it’s necessary. Our office is just a small partitioned section where we handle the billing and the orders. We’ve seen the 4th Phase grow a lot over the years, with new buildings going up all around us. Despite all the changes, our routine stays pretty much the same. We start early, have our tiffin breaks, and try to get the shipments out by evening. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a complex system finally come together and work exactly the way it’s supposed to.
