Classic Freight Movers Pvt Ltd is situated on Jadulal Mullick Road, right near the Singakar More. It is a very old part of the city near Beadon Street. The streets are narrow and always crowded with people and rickshaws. We have a space at 2A that is filled with old ledgers and some newer computers that look a bit out of place. It is often quite noisy outside with all the honking and shouting of the market nearby. We handle a lot of freight movement, which is funny because getting a big truck down our own street is almost impossible during the day. We have to do a lot of our planning for the early hours of the morning or late at night. The office has high ceilings and big heavy doors that creak. We drink a lot of tea from the stall just down the road. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't use much fancy technology, just the stuff that actually works and doesn't break down every two days. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know where to find us. We don't change things around much. The furniture is heavy wood and it has been here longer than some of the staff. It is just a real, gritty place where we get the moving jobs done without any excuses or complicated talk. This is just how we do things.
