Judges Court Road is a well-known part of the city, and being in Arjun Enclave gives us a bit of a homey feel. We handle various property matters from this office. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a receptionist and a glass elevator. It’s just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers. We spend a lot of time going through documents and talking to clients on the phone. Because we are in a residential building, we try to keep things low-key. We don’t have big signs or anything like that. People usually come to us because they know the work we do. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and other real estate folks.
