We are Cks Real Estates Llp, based right here in Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road. To find us, you just head to Flat No 4A 12C. It's a busy part of Kolkata, as most people around here know. We spend a lot of our time dealing with property matters and paperwork that comes with real estate in this city. Some days the office is quiet. Other days it feels like everyone is calling at once and the phones won't stop ringing. We’ve been at this for a bit now. It isn’t always glamorous work, mostly just tracking down documents or checking on sites, but it's what we do. Our space in Arjun Enclave isn't a huge corporate floor with glass walls, just a practical spot where we get things done. Being on Judges Court Road means we are close to a lot of the legal side of things, which helps since that's a big part of the job. Kolkata is a big place and the market changes fast, so we try to stay updated on what's happening in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is here during the day unless we are out at a property. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. If you are walking around the 700027 area, you probably know the building already. We just keep our heads down and handle the real estate side of things for the people who come to us. It's straightforward work and we try to keep it that way.
