Chotu Ustad Academy

We are over at the Vip Complex in Kankurgachi. It is on the first floor at P 30/1. People mostly know the spot because it is right opposite Pantaloons. It is a busy area but easy to find. Chotu Ustad Academy has been here for a while now. We just do our work every day. The stairs are right there when you walk in. Most of the people coming here live around Kankurgachi or take the bus to the stop nearby. It isn't a massive place but it gets the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud in the evenings. We keep the doors shut then. The floor is usually clean because we sweep it every morning before anyone shows up. You might miss the entrance if you are driving too fast past the Pantaloons sign. Just look for the VIP Complex board. We have been in this part of Kolkata for some time. There are lots of shops around us so people often do their errands and then stop by. It is just a normal place run by local folks. We don't have fancy lights or anything. Just the usual fans and tube lights. If you are looking for P 30/1, we are the ones on the first floor. It is a simple setup really. Nothing too complicated. We just stay busy with the daily routine. We like the neighborhood.
