We are Chinna Properties Llp and you can find us in the Shantiniketan Building, which is located at 8 Camac Street. Our office is up on the 9th floor in Room No 2. Camac Street is one of those places in Kolkata that never seems to stop moving. It’s full of offices and shops, so being here feels right for a real estate business. Being on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at property deeds and schedules to notice it much. The building is pretty well-known around here, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. We focus on the practical side of property deals. It’s a lot of organizing meetings, checking documents, and staying in touch with clients. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of slick advertising. We are just a local Llp working out of this room on Camac Street. Real estate can be complicated with all the regulations in the city, so we just take it one step at a time. Some days are long, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish before the end of the day. We spend many hours just making sure everything is aligned with what the local authorities require. It's not fast work, but it needs doing. We like the energy of this neighborhood. Shantiniketan Building is a good base for us because it’s central and easy for people to get to. We just do our thing.
