Our address at 102/3/2 Adar Das Road is a place we know inside and out by now. Being in Budge-Budge, specifically in the Kol-137 area, means we are right where the action is for this kind of industrial work. The building itself has plenty of old character, with thick walls and big windows that let in whatever breeze we can get during the humid months. It is a bit of a maze inside sometimes with all the machinery and the various materials we have stored away in the back. We have got a small crew that has been here for years, and they know every single squeak in the floorboards. On Adar Das Road, things can get pretty crowded with the delivery trucks and people walking by, but we have managed to fit right in over the years. We do not go for anything polished or high-tech if we do not absolutely have to. The way we see it, if the old way isn't broken, we don't really need to change it much. Most of our time is spent right on the floor, making sure everything is moving along like it should. We have our tea breaks together, just sitting on whatever crates are handy and talking about the day's work or the local news. It is not a glamorous life, but it is ours, and we take some pride in just being a steady part of the Budge-Budge landscape. We have seen the neighborhood change.
