Chanda Steel Furniture

Our shop, Chanda Steel Furniture, is at 93A Raja Dinendra Street. It’s right there in the Beadon Street area. It’s an old part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good while. The space is filled with all sorts of steel items, from cupboards to chairs. It’s not a polished place with bright lights. It’s a working shop where things get moved around a lot. You might hear the sound of metal clanking if we are unloading a delivery. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, and parking can be a real headache sometimes. Most people just walk over or use the local transport. We have been part of this street for years now. We know most of the neighbors and the other shop owners around here. It’s a simple life. We open up, arrange the floor, and wait for whoever comes in. Some days are busy, others are quiet. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know we are here on Raja Dinendra Street. The building itself has some character, like most of the places in this area. We just keep things running as best as we can. It’s honest work and we like the routine of it. If you’re near Beadon Street, you’ll probably pass us. It’s just us and the steel furniture every day from morning to night. It’s not much, but it’s ours.
