S. J. P. Healthcare

We’re located in Flat 3 C at 17 A Central Road. It’s more of an office space than a storefront, so you have to come up to find us. We deal with a lot of healthcare admin and coordination from here. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the desks and all the filing cabinets we have shoved into the corners. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s not a very exciting place to look at, just white walls and lots of paper. We handle things for patients and doctors, making sure the right information goes to the right place. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. Central Road is usually busy, but it’s quieter inside the flat. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have any big corporate policies; we just try to be helpful when people call with questions. It gets a bit hectic at the end of the month when all the reports are due. We just put our heads down and get through it. That’s how we run things at S. J. P. Healthcare, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now.
