Our office is tucked away in a lane that gets quite busy with pedestrians and rickshaws. We handle logistics work, which mostly means we spend our days looking at schedules and talking to drivers. The building itself is an older one, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We’ve been operating from this part of Kolkata for a good while. Most of us live within a short commute, so we are very much a local team. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s a simple setup. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity goes out for a bit, but that is just life here. We keep working through it. If you walk down Sarkar Hat Lane, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special to look at, but we are here every day doing the work. We’ve been here since before many of the new apartments went up nearby.
