This part of the city always feels a bit different, kind of tucked away but still busy enough to keep us on our toes all week. We handle property management which is mostly just making sure buildings don't fall apart and that the people living in them are doing okay with their leases and everything else. It is a lot of back and forth with maintenance guys and checking on bills. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a few of us here who know how to handle the daily grind of keeping a property running smoothly. Some days it is just dealing with a leaky pipe or a tenant who lost their keys, and other times it’s a mountain of forms to fill out for the city office. Banamali Naskar Road is a good spot for us because we can get to most of our managed sites pretty quickly from here. We’ve had this office for a while and the walls are covered in maps and old schedules. It gets a bit dusty sometimes but it’s a working office. We don’t really do much fancy advertising, most people just know we are here. Real estate management is just one of those jobs where you have to be ready for anything to go wrong at any time. We just stay prepared for that.
