Calcutta Clinic Gastro

Calcutta Clinic Gastro is over on Lord Sinha Road, inside the Lords Building at 7/1 on the first floor. It is a busy part of town, so getting up to the first floor is usually the quietest part of the whole day. The building itself is quite old and has that specific smell of old concrete and dust that you find in historic areas. Inside the clinic, it is mostly just a few consultation rooms and a place for people to sit while they wait their turn. Since we focus on gastro issues, things are kept pretty straightforward and clean. We have some anatomical charts on the wall and a few tall cabinets for all the medical files. The windows look right out onto the street, so you can see the cars and people moving along Lord Sinha Road all day long. It is not a flashy or modern office. We have some simple wooden chairs and a desk that has clearly seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time organizing the folders and making sure all the light bulbs are working. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to cleaning up the lobby at the end of the day. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but most people find their way up eventually. We do not do any big promotions; we just stay here in the Lords Building.
