Burma Teak Furniture

You can find us over at Ms Reyazul House, right on New Cit Rd near Chittaranjan Avenue. Burma Teak Furniture has been around this part of town for a while now. We deal with teak because it’s sturdy and people seem to like it. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the stock and talk to folks who walk in. It gets a bit dusty with all the wood around, but that’s part of the trade. We aren't trying to be some big showroom you'd see in a mall. It’s just us here on P-15, doing what we do every day. Sometimes the traffic on Chittaranjan Avenue is a nightmare, but we still make it in. We don't have a flashy website or a bunch of salespeople in suits. Usually, it's just one of us moving furniture or answering the phone. We like working with wood because it lasts. People come in looking for something that won't fall apart in a year. We show them what we have, and that’s about it. No big sales pitches or anything. If you need something for your house, you know where the building is. We’re just local people making a living with teak. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don't overcomplicate things, we just sell good wood furniture to people who need it.
