Brusels Pharmaceuticals

Our place is at 57, P.N. Mitra Road. It’s Brusels Pharmaceuticals. The street isn't the widest, so when a delivery truck comes, things get a bit tight for everyone. We spend a lot of our time moving boxes around. Most of what we do is just managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. It’s a lot of checking labels and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy outside, but we stay dry inside. The office isn't very large at all. We have a few desks and a lot of metal shelves. It’s mostly just the sound of the phone ringing and the tape dispenser going when we pack things up. We’ve been at this address for a while, so the locals know us, though we don't get many walk-in customers since it’s more about the distribution side of things. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things from being too silent during the slow hours. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the main table in the back. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door so people know they have the right place. It’s a practical setup. We start early in the morning before the traffic on P.N. Mitra Road gets too bad. By the time evening rolls around, we’re mostly just finishing up the paperwork and checking the locks. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
