Born Free Pet Shop & Clinic

Running the Born Free Pet Shop & Clinic over here in Salt Lake City has its moments. We are at BB- 259 in Sector- 1, which is a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood compared to some other blocks. There is usually some barking or meowing going on as soon as you step inside. It is not a huge place, but we have enough room for the shop part and the clinic area too. People from all over Sector 1n bring their dogs and cats here. Sometimes even a bird or a rabbit shows up. The shelves are mostly full of food bags and toys that we try to keep organized, though it never stays that way for long. Being in Salt Lake, we see a lot of regular faces. People walking their dogs often just stop by to say hello or pick up something small. It is a bit of a messy job sometimes, cleaning up after the animals and making sure everything is in its place. The staff here really likes animals, which is good because they are around them all day long. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It is more like a local spot where people know our names and we know their pets' names. It gets a bit hectic in the evenings when everyone gets off work and brings their pets in at once. We just do what we can to keep things running for everyone in Sector 1.
