Bong Connect

Bong Connect is based right here in Kolkata. Being in this city defines a lot of what we do and how we talk to people. We don't have a specific street address we share with everyone because we’re often out and about or working from different spots in the city. Kolkata is a big place with a lot of energy, and we try to tap into that. Our team is small, just a few local folks who wanted to start something that connects people. It’s not a big corporate machine. It’s more like a group of friends who turned a hobby or an idea into a daily job. We spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops, coordinating things and making sure everyone is on the same page. Some days we meet up at a local cafe to discuss the next steps. It’s very informal. We don't wear suits or have fancy boardrooms. We just care about the city and the people in it. The work we do varies, but it’s always tied back to the local scene here. People know us as the Bong Connect crew. We just take it one day at a time, trying to grow a bit without losing that local feel. It’s been an interesting journey so far, and being in Kolkata makes it even better because there’s always something new happening just around the corner.
