Boc Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 14A, Sudha Sindhu Banerjee Road, Behala, Kolakta - 700060. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the north of the city, but we like it here in Behala. Our office is pretty straightforward. We handle a lot of support tasks, mostly sitting at our desks and making sure the data and communications are moving smoothly. The building itself is older, which gives it some character, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We usually have some music playing quietly in the background to help everyone stay focused. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoons. Working in support services means we deal with a lot of different people and issues. It’s never really the same two days in a row. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines; we just have our cubicles and plenty of coffee mugs. Sometimes the traffic on Sudha Sindhu Banerjee Road is a nightmare, especially during the festivals, but that’s just part of being in Kolkata. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because the work can get a bit stressful when things pile up. We’re just a regular bunch of people doing our jobs and making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to for the clients.
