Blue Dart Express Limited is located at 13/2, A.K. Mukherjee Road in Kolkata. This particular branch is where a lot of the local sorting and delivery coordination happens. We start our mornings very early, usually before the sun is even fully up, to get the first batch of packages ready. The office is a hive of activity with delivery riders coming in and out all day long. A.K. Mukherjee Road is a busy stretch, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a lot of space for sitting around, as most of the floor is usually covered with parcels and envelopes waiting to be sent out. It's a high-energy environment but it's also very routine. We have some older computers that sometimes take a minute to load, but they get the job done eventually. The staff here is used to the pressure of quick deadlines and we don't really have time for much small talk during shift hours. We just focus on scanning labels and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a lot of repetitive work, but we know it's important for the people waiting for their mail. If you visit us, don't expect a lounge or fancy chairs, it's strictly a workspace where everyone is moving fast. We just try to keep things organized in a city that is always moving. When the day is over, we close up and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
