You can find us at 1 Garstin Place. It is a bit of an old-school location, but we like it that way. Bkp Realty Llp is just a small outfit. We do not have a bunch of fancy titles or a big board of directors. It is mostly just us handling property inquiries and trying to stay on top of the local real estate scene. The building has some history, which is nice, but inside we are just doing the same work as everyone else. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. It is not always easy to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we keep looking anyway. We do not believe in using a lot of marketing jargon or making things sound better than they are. We just show the properties as they are and let the people decide. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some forms, and other times it is quiet enough to have a long lunch. It is a very human way to run a business. We know the streets around here pretty well and we have helped a fair number of people find their way into new offices or homes. There is no big corporate vibe here. Just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and people who know their way around a real estate deal. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
