You can find us at the Neelamber Building on Shakespeare Sarani. We are on the seventh floor, in unit 7E. It’s a busy part of the city, and the elevator in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour or when everyone is leaving. Biztalent Consultants Private Limited is basically a group of us who know a thing or two about finding people for jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails every day. The office is often a bit cluttered with resumes and notebooks. We have a few desks squeezed into the space, but it works for us. Shakespeare Sarani is always loud with horns and people rushing around, but inside our office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and low voices. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen shops come and go on the street below. We don't do anything fancy like those big corporate firms. We just talk to people and see if they fit what’s needed. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we have to try again. We drink a lot of tea from the guy downstairs. He brings it up in small glass cups. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s straightforward work, and we like it that way. No need for complicated words or expensive brochures that nobody reads or cares about in the end.
