We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just wander in when they have a question about a piece of land or a house. We are in the P.S. Ultadanga area of Kolkata, 700004. Being on the ground floor is nice because we can see what’s going on in the lane all day long. It’s a busy little spot. We do a lot of the usual real estate stuff, looking at deeds and trying to find people a place that fits what they actually need. Kolkata is a big city and things change fast, especially around Ultadanga, so we try to keep an eye on what’s being built and what’s for sale. It’s mostly just us working through files and talking to folks who come by the office. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a regular office where we do our work. Sometimes it feels like there is too much paperwork for one city, but that is just how it goes with property. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the people on the lane.
