Bipasha Medical & Clinic

Bipasha Medical & Clinic is right in the heart of Jagatpur Main Bazar. If you know the 700102 area of Kolkata, you know how busy the main bazar gets. It’s always crowded with people buying groceries or stopping for tea. We are right there in the mix of it all. We have been part of this market for a while now. The clinic is a place where locals can just pop in. Because we are a medical and clinic combined, we have different things going on. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes, especially on market days when everyone is out and about. We have the counter for medicines and then the area where the clinic part happens. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning in the waiting area, just the ceiling fans that keep the air moving. It’s a very local feel. The people who come in are our neighbors. We know their names and their families. We don’t try to act like a big corporate hospital. We are just a small local clinic in Jagatpur. Sometimes we are very busy and other times it’s quiet enough to have a chat with the shopkeeper next door. We like being here because we feel like we are really part of the daily life of the bazar. It's been this way for years and we don't see any reason to change things. We just keep our head down and work.
