Shaw Enterprises

We are located at No. 14, just a simple address for a simple business. We deal with various supplies and trading, mostly helping local shops get the items they need. The space is mostly used for storage, with crates and boxes piled up to the ceiling. It can be hard to move around sometimes when a big shipment comes in. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Most of our day is spent checking invoices and making sure the right boxes go onto the right trucks. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around, which keeps us in shape. The building is old and doesn't have much decoration, but it serves its purpose. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because our customers already know where No. 14 is. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to load the vehicles, so we have to wait it out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a living. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit chaotic during the peak season. We just take it one day at a time and focus on getting the orders out. There’s no big philosophy here, just working hard and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We keep the doors open late most nights because there is always one more thing to finish. We like the routine.
