We are located at 44 Ezra Street. Bhupendra Shah & Co. has been operating from this spot for quite a long time now. This particular street is very famous for electrical goods, and our shop is right in the middle of all the shops. It is a very old part of the city. The buildings here have very high ceilings and a lot of history behind them. We spend our days dealing with customers who come in looking for very specific electrical parts. Sometimes they bring in a broken piece of equipment and they need a replacement that matches exactly. We have to go and dig through our many shelves to find just the right thing. It can be a little bit chaotic at times because of all the different items we keep in stock. We don't use computers for every single task; some of our records are still written down by hand in large books. It is just the way we have always done things here. We know almost all the other shop owners on this street. We try to help each other out whenever someone is short on a particular item. It feels like a real community of traders. We don't have a website and we don't do any of that social media stuff. If people want to find us, they know exactly where we are. We provide what we can and try to be honest about the prices we charge.
