You can find us at No. 90/65A in the Jadu Nagar Colony area of Behala. We are right across the road from the Behala Telephone Exchange, which is a big help when we’re giving people directions. Our shop is where we keep all the water purification parts, the filters, and the tools we use for our daily rounds. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have units coming in for repair and new stock arriving all the time. We aren't really office people; we spend most of our time out at customers' houses fixing their machines or installing new ones. But this is where we start and end our day. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep track of the service calls and the bills. The neighborhood is quite busy, and being in Jadu Nagar means we are close to a lot of our regular clients. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workshop where the actual work happens. We focus on getting the machines running right so people have clean water. It’s basic, honest work and we’ve been doing it here in Behala for a good while. Usually, there is a pile of old filters near the door waiting to be cleared out.
