Travel Smart

We've been at 55 Goriahat Road for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right above the Frank Ross Pharmacy. It's a busy spot in Ballygunge Phanri. The Samsung showroom is right next door too, so it's hard to miss the building. Being in Ballygunge means there is always noise from the street, but we like it here. Most days start with us opening up the office and getting the computers running. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens to get things sorted for people. Sometimes the stairs up from the pharmacy are a bit of a climb if you're carrying bags, but it keeps us moving. Usually, someone is popping in to ask about a trip or just to check some dates. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and maps on the wall. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle the paperwork and the bookings while watching the traffic move along Goriahat Road. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation, just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. If you're walking past the Samsung shop, just look up and you’ll see our sign for Travel Smart. We're usually here until late evening unless it’s a slow day. It's a lot of work, but it's what we do.
