Bengal Industries

Bengal Industries is situated in Balitikuri Bakultala. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. We have a decent amount of space here in Bakultala to do our work. The building is a simple structure made of brick and tin. It is not anything fancy to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose perfectly well. We have been operating from this location for many years. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. It is a local operation. We do not have a human resources department or big corporate rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes we sit outside under the trees during our lunch break when it is not raining. The road out front is a bit bumpy, and sometimes trucks have a hard time getting in, but we manage. We do not spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. We just rely on the fact that we have been here a long time and people in Balitikuri know who we are. It is an honest way to work. We keep our tools clean and our workspace organized as best as we can. It is not always perfect, but we try our best to keep things moving along steadily every day. That is just how we like to do things here.
