Balaji Export Corporation is located at P-66 in the Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase-Ii. It’s a real industrial setting here. You won't find any fancy cafes or parks nearby. It’s all about warehouses, trucks, and people getting work done. Our spot at P-66 is a functional space. We have the warehouse area and a small section for the office work. It gets pretty dusty with all the activity in Phase-Ii, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The floors are concrete and the lights are bright. It’s a place built for utility. We spend our days coordinating things and making sure everything is where it should be. The noise from the other units is constant—hammers, engines, and the sound of gates opening and closing. It’s a tough environment but an honest one. We show up early and usually leave late. There’s always something that needs to be moved or checked. We’ve been in Kasba Industrial Estate for a good while now, and we know our neighbors. We don't need a polished office to do what we do. P-66 is where we are, and it’s where we get things done. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward location.
