In the Tollygunge area of Kolkata, right on D.P.S. Road, you’ll find us at Merlin Manor. We’re in unit 4-D, which is a busy little office where we handle things for Bajaj Auto in this part of the city. Kolkata has a rhythm of its own, and being in Tollygunge means we’re right in the thick of it with the trams and the constant bustle. The office is often filled with the smell of mustard oil from someone’s lunch and the sound of the ceiling fans whirring. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the local dealers have what they need. It’s not a shiny showroom; it’s more of a functional hub where the real behind-the-scenes work happens. There are stacks of files and ledgers because we still like to keep some things on paper. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we’ve got our own way of doing things that might seem a bit chaotic to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just want to make sure the bikes and three-wheelers are getting to the customers who need them. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, and sometimes the rain makes everything a bit slower, but we just keep at it until the day is done.
