We are located on the ground floor at 199B Bagmari Road, right in the Maniktala area. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators when we have things being delivered or picked up. The space is part of an older building, so it has a bit of character. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle import and export stuff, so there is always a bit of a mess with paperwork and sample items lying around on the tables. Maniktala is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something happening right outside the door. We have a couple of fans that stay on most of the day to keep the air moving. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have a big sign or any bright lights. Most people find us because they already know where we are or they’ve been told how to get here. The team is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we just keep good records and talk to our contacts regularly. It’s a humble sort of place, but it works for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the business keeps running smoothly without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. It gets busy, but we manage.
