We are located at 126 C.R. Avenue. This is a very old and busy street, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time. Dealing with auto sales is what we do. It’s a lot of talking to people, looking at cars, and handling piles of registration papers. The office is right on the main road, so it’s never quiet. You can hear the trams and the horns all day long. We have a small team here. Some of us have been in the car business for most of our lives. It’s not always easy selling cars, especially when the market is slow, but we keep at it. The building is one of those classic Kolkata structures with high ceilings and old windows. It’s a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be a high-end showroom with glass walls and bright lights. We’re more of a practical agency. People come in to ask about prices or to finish up their paperwork. We sit around the old wooden desks and get through the files. Sometimes we have tea brought in while we talk to a customer. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We know the other shop owners on C.R. Avenue. It’s a tight-knit community in a way. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and see what the day brings for us.
