Our office is over at 131/1 Picnic Garden Road, right in the thick of things in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a strange setup sometimes because we handle both travel arrangements and medical services under one roof. You can imagine it gets pretty hectic. One minute we’re talking to someone about a flight and the next we’re helping with a medical document for a visa. It’s never quiet here, especially with the 700039 zip code traffic right outside. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and it has that old Kolkata feel to it—sturdy but definitely showing its age in the corners. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel or a high-tech lab. We’re just a group of people who know how to get things done when it comes to moving people around or getting them the care they need. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and the tea gets cold on the desk before anyone can even take a sip. We see a lot of families coming through, worried about their trips or their health. We just talk to them like normal people. No scripts or corporate talk. If a plan changes or a medical form is missing, we just sit down and figure it out together. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be part of the community here on Picnic Garden Road. It’s not always perfect, but we're here every day, dealing with the chaos and helping out.
