Assurance Placement

We set up Assurance Placement at 10, Hemanta Mukerjee Road in Kolkata. It’s a regular street, and our office is just a plain space where we handle job placements. People in the Kol-60 area know us as a place where they can drop off their details when they're looking for work. We don't do anything too fancy here. Mostly, it’s about looking through lists of vacancies and trying to match them with the people who come to see us. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls to different companies. We don't have a polished corporate image. Some of the furniture is a bit old, and the files are stacked high, but we know where everything is. We don't like using marketing talk because it doesn't really help anyone find a job. We just tell it like it is. If a job is tough, we say so. If a candidate isn't ready, we let them know that too. It’s more honest that way. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we have a lot of work to get through. We’ve stayed at this address because it’s convenient and people are used to finding us here. It’s not a complicated business model. We just try to connect people who need work with the places that are hiring. That’s pretty much all there is to it at our place.
