Asian Leather Ltd

You can find Asian Leather Ltd at Asian House, right on the E.M. Bypass in Kasba. Being on the bypass means it's always busy outside with cars and buses zooming past. We've been in this building for a long time now. It’s a fairly large space, but it’s mostly filled with leather goods and packing materials. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. Most of the people working here have been around since the start, so we're all pretty used to each other's ways. We spend the day checking leather quality and getting shipments ready for the trucks. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking lists. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us because they need leather and they know we're here. The office part of the building is a bit cramped because we use so much space for storage. We have a small canteen where we all have lunch together. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings. We just see what needs to be done and we do it. The noise from the bypass is something you just stop hearing after a while. It’s just a normal, busy workplace in Kasba.
