Asia Pacific Industrial Corporation is located at P- 386/1 on Keyatala Road. This is over in the Landsdowne area, which has a mix of homes and small businesses. Our building is a bit older, and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the quirks of the place. We deal with industrial supplies and materials, so there is always a bit of a mess with samples and catalogs lying around. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters. It’s more of a place where we actually do the heavy lifting of managing orders and talking to factories. The street outside can get quite crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially during the peak hours. We don't really bother with marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on the technical details of the products we handle. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s peaceful enough to actually get some paperwork done. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. We don't have a boss who sits in a private office away from everyone else. We all sit together and figure things out as they come up. It’s a practical way to work. If someone needs something industrial, they come to us because they know we’ve been in Landsdowne for a long time. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the daily chores. It is simple work but it keeps us very busy.
