We are based out in Moza Bhatsala Village, which is part of the Debinagar area in Ashokenagar. Being out here in North 24 Parganas means we are very close to the actual fields and the people who spend their lives working the land. It is a rural setting, so things move at a much slower pace than they do in the big city. Our office is more like a functional workspace where we keep all of our tools, seeds, and various supplies. There is usually some dirt on the floor and the windows could probably use a good wash, but that is just how it is when you work in the agrotech business. We spend a lot of our time out of the office visiting different plots of land or talking to the locals about how their crops are doing this season. We aren't the type of people who like to stay behind a desk all day long. The building itself is very plain and does not have any big signs or advertisements on it. Most people find us just by asking around the village or knowing someone we have worked with before. It can be a bit of a long drive to get out here, especially if the weather has been bad and the local roads are messy. But we like it this way. It is honest work and it keeps us connected to the ground and the local farming community.
