We’re located on the fifth floor of 8/1 Middle Ton Row. It’s Suite Number 6. The elevator is a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. It’s right in the middle of a busy part of town. We handle import and export stuff. Our office is full of ledgers and shipping documents. It’s a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets, but we know where everything is. From the window, you can see the tops of the other buildings and hear the city noise below. We’ve been working out of this space for years. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone and sending out emails. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and some maps. Sometimes the courier guys get lost finding the right floor, so we have to go out and wave them down. Middle Ton Row is quite a famous street, so that helps when we have to give directions. The building is a bit dated, and the stairs are quite narrow, but it has a bit of character. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s those little things that make the place feel like ours. We don't use any fancy software, just the basic stuff to keep our records straight. Most of our day is spent making sure the paperwork is right.
