Arya Udyog

Arya Udyog is located at 89/C/1, East Chand Mari Road, right by the post office in Nunachandanpukur, Barackpore. It’s an older building with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it relatively cool even when the sun is out. We do a lot of our work in the back where the machinery is. It’s a bit oily and noisy back there, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been in this part of Barackpore for quite some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. The road outside gets pretty muddy when it rains, so we’re always mopping the front entryway. Our office area is just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that probably hasn't been cleared out in a decade. We don't have a website or a social media page because most people just find us by walking in or through word of mouth. The staff is mostly local people who live within walking distance. We have a set routine: open the shutters, check the machines, and start the day's production. There’s a big banyan tree nearby where we usually take our afternoon break. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we’re happy just keeping the machines running and fulfilling the orders that come from the local factories. It’s a steady life, and we just do the work correctly without any fuss or complicated management layers.
