Arts & Crafts (India)

To find us, you have to head over to N.S. Road and look for Gate No. 6. It can be a bit confusing if you are not used to the building layout here. We are up on the second floor in Room No. 42 A. Arts & Crafts (India) is basically a room filled with materials, finished pieces, and a lot of stuff waiting to be worked on. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many different items packed into the shelves. Being on the second floor means we carry a lot of boxes up and down the stairs, which keeps us busy. The light in the room is okay during the afternoon, which helps when we are looking at small details on the crafts. We have been at this address for some time now. It is not a fancy showroom or anything, just a place where the actual work happens every day. Sometimes it gets a little messy with all the scraps and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. People usually call us before they come up because finding the right room in this building takes a minute. We deal with all sorts of traditional styles and handmade goods here. It is just a small team of us making things and keeping the business going from this little corner of the building. We like the location even if the stairs are a workout for us.
