Arshad Impex Private Limited is based at 72 Tiljala Road in Kolkata. We are in Block 1, on the third floor, specifically flat 3D. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the building, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like second nature. Tiljala Road is a lively place to be. There is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. We handle impex work, which is basically importing and exporting. It involves a lot of logistical thinking and keeping track of various goods. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. It’s functional. We have our workspace set up to handle all the paperwork and coordination that comes with being in this industry. Working in Kolkata 700046 means we are right in the thick of the city’s trade. Arshad Impex Private Limited started small and we’ve stayed focused on the daily tasks. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the shipments are on track and the documents are signed. Sometimes the heat in the office gets to be a bit much in the summer, but we have our fans going and we keep at it. We like the location because it’s central to what we do. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just show up and do what needs to be done. We are happy to call this block our home for the business.
