We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or espresso machines; we just have a regular kettle and some basic chairs. We don't put on any acts here; we’re just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly. There’s always someone complaining about the humidity or talking about what they’re going to have for dinner. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't bother with complicated titles or fancy talk. It’s just about getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It might seem a bit boring to an outsider, but there’s always something to keep us occupied during the day. The elevator is a bit temperamental, so many of us just take the stairs to save time.
