Jana Consultancy

Our office is located in Village Amta South, right near the post office. It’s a quiet part of the Howrah district compared to the city. Jana Consultancy is basically where we help people with their paperwork and different types of forms they need to file. It can be confusing for folks to deal with all the documents, so they stop by here. We have a few chairs for people to wait and a desk where we do the typing. Living and working in Amta is nice because everyone knows each other. You see the same faces every day. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. It is just a small room in the village where we keep our files. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out. That is just part of living in this area. We handle a lot of local requests. If someone needs help with an application or advice on a certain process, we sit down and look at it together. The South Post Office is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s not a fancy life but it keeps us busy. We’ve been here in Howrah for a good bit of time now. We try to be helpful when we can. Usually, people just walk in without an appointment and we see what they need. There is a small tea stall across the way where we go when we need a break from all the paperwork. The village life is slow but we always have something to do here.
