Ambuja Realty

Our office is in the Vishwakarma building, which is at 86C on Topsia Road. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town. Working at Ambuja Realty means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and property papers. The building itself is quite busy with different offices, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. Topsia Road is always moving, and you can hear the horns and the street vendors from our floor. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for people who come in to talk about real estate. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some shelves full of files and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend the morning going through the new listings and the afternoon usually involves a lot of phone calls. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months. We keep a water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use. People stop by to ask about plots or buildings in the area, and we just tell them what we know. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows over the years. We just keep doing our bit, managing the properties and making sure the files stay in some kind of order. There is usually a bit of paper clutter on the desks at the end of the day.
