Our base of operations is at 18/1, Maharshi Devendra Road. Amardeep Realtors Llp is a small operation, really. It’s just a handful of us working out of a room that gets quite a bit of sunlight in the morning. This area is quite old and has a lot of character, which we like. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out visiting properties around the city. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room with glossy magazines. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair and we talk. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We deal with all sorts of real estate matters, from small rentals to bigger deals when they come along. It’s all about staying on top of the details. Sometimes we get frustrated with the bureaucracy, but that’s just part of the job in this industry. We keep our records in stacks on the side table because we ran out of space in the cabinets. It works for us though. We know where everything is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. It’s a simple life here on Maharshi Devendra Road. People know they can find us here during normal hours, unless we're out at a site. We try to be as direct as possible.
